no response on open ticket

    Same here.  I started a chat 7 days ago (686784) and the agent just stopped responding.   I've asked for an update several times in the ticket but nobody has responded.

    Good luck getting a response.  I sent a ticket and got three emails from some guy named Juan Gonzalez.  None of the emails offered any assistance whatsoever.  Then, when I made a comment on the Sena Outdoor page on Facebook, they asked me to send a direct message with my contact info.  No response to that either.  Good luck getting any customer service.
