RC4 remote not functioning.
I have an RC4 remote and it connects with the headset (10C EVO). When I tap the center button I hear "remote control connected". But no other buttons work. I can't forward through music or turn on /off the camera. The only feedback I get is "remote control connected". This is my 3rd RC4. The first one worked flawlessly but the handle broke. Sena replaced it and it had the same issue I am having now so I sent it in for a replacement but this one has the same issue.
Does anyone know how to get this functioning (yes I've done a reboot)

I’m having the same issue …. Can get the 50c to paring with remote but remote will not control anything after pairing

No help from anyone else. I’m tempted to buy another headset just to see if my remote will work. But I don’t want to spend the money

David Willbanks, there's a firmware update for your 10C EVO to support newer RC4's:

Robert Perez, a firmware update might fix your issue also.

I was able to pair the 50c but I will not take pictures when controled by the rc4

The Remove works fine with the 10C pro and the 10C works fine with the win module on the Harley. It turns out I really didn't need to 50c after all. in fact the 50c doesn't work as well as the 10c pro. A time delay in taking pictures. What I had not done before was to connect using the win module. I was using Blue tooth before.

Have a 10 C and got a RC 4 , it does pair and it is connected , but no functions work from RC 4. Have Updated the 10C to latest version, Help
