Sena Utility and SMH10-R / Nexx X-Com

Hello,

Like everybody else (looks like that), I can't see my SMH10-R on my Sena Utility ap.

I tried to unpair/pair it back, turn off/on bt, etc. Nothing works. There is a new version of ap lately, but still same trouble. I also checked for last firmware of my SMH10-R.

I am about to buy a Nexx X-Com, and I think I will have same trouble, as the X-Com is based on SMH10-R. Am I right?

So, when will you guys at Sena will release a TESTED on SMH10-R a new version of your ap?

  Hi Franck,

  The SMH10R is not the same as the new 10R. I know this model naming is confusing to all (sigh). The 10R is a newer model.

  The Sena utility app is not compatible with the SMH10R nor the X-Com.
