Have a couple of 20S.  Box says "For sale only in North America".  However, I also have the opportunity to visit Scotland and would like to take my 20S.  Are there any issues with use in UK? 

Have sent email message to Sena; no reply.  Have called them, help desk on hold for 20 minutes then drops me.  This happened multiple times so am beginning to think it not a coincidence.
