20s Stopped working
My sena has not been used for about 2 days and the last time I tried before that it would not work either. I hooked it up to the computer and updated the firmware and it still would not work. Then I tried to completely reset it and update it but it would not work after that either. The sena will connect to my phone via bluetooth and the computer will recognize it but when it is hooked to the helmet it will only blink blue once then red once and no sound or other action will be produced. When I have it in a state where I think it is on I can hear small electronic clicking noises when rotating the dial. Other than that nothing else happens. Ticket is submitted and waiting. Any help is appreciated!

I just submitted a ticket to sena and they promptly replaced it for me
