New Bilt helmet with Sena; music sharing cutting out immediately

The music sharing connects for a few seconds before cutting out. We are using Pandora. We took the helmet back to where we purchased it and have tried multiple fixes including changing who has the master helmet, making sure bluetooth was off on the phone we were not using, and getting new units altogether. Nothing works. Suggestions??

  Download the Cycle Gear DWO-5 device manager.  You can upload new drivers but also, you can change setting of the DWO-5.

  One of the settings says that if your music is cutting out, to disable that setting.  I don't have that issue so I left mine enabled.  Mouse over the info balloon next to each setting to see which one it is--I think the third.

  I have a senna 30K that also cuts out. Tomorrow I will check out this last possibility.  My voice activation is active, my music cuts out at speeds above 45 MPH. I think its the ambient noise activating the mic. I am going to try to change the setting to a much higher level and or turn it off to see if it persists.
