Harley Davidson to sm10 to 20s

Hi,

Trying to connect the system to Harley Davidson Street Glide 2017.

We have the SM10 paired to the 20s system & then plugging the mirco USB to 7 pin DIN cable.

We know the SM10 is paired to the 20s as we have plugged phone into aux & can play music.

We can get no sounds once plugged in to the motorcycle (socket on bike working fine)

  The microUSB to 7 pin DIN cable is only for the FreeWire (https://www.sena.com/product/freewire/). For listening to audio from the Harley-Davidson using the SM10, that requires this cable 3.5mm Stereo Jack to 7-pin DIN Cable for 1998-Later Harley-Davidson Ultra Classic.
