upgrade SMH10B from 2012 (bought there)

I have a SMH10B from 2012. I want to make an upgrade, but the SENA device Manager on my Mac(5.0) can't find the device if connected. Some sites in the Internet say, that i need a v1.4.4 for this Type of Sena SMH10. But i can't find one for a Mac. May can you help me? What may do I wrong?
Maybe you have a german support who can answer me? My english isn't so good!
The SMH10B # on the case is :SMH10B 120500126
Model # SMH10-02B.

Andreas, please download the latest version of the Sena Device Manager which is v3.5. You can download it from our website here https://www.sena.com/software/#device-manager.
Connect your SMH10 to your computer when instructed by the program when instructed to update the firmware. If you are still having issues then please send an e-mail to support@sena.com to contact our Technical Support department for assistance.
