20S Sound Quality with Earbuds

    Tyler, How would you describe the degraded audio quality? Are you hearing  additional noise? 

    Do you have your antenna up?

    no additional noise or interference. Just lower quality sound. Less bass and treble. like going from a bose sounding radio to a clock/radio

    I think the way they EQ the sound in the 20S to work more toward the built-in speakers.

    EQ=Equalizer

    You may be able to tweak the sound by getting an EQ app for your phone.

    Tyler, make sure that the Audio Boost feature on the 20S is disabled which can be done through the Configuration Menu on headset or by using the Sena Smartphone App and see if the audio quality has been improved.

    I disabled the audio boost and there is more bass but the treble goes away and sounds muffled. I also dowlaoaded an equalizer app and it works great if i am plugged directly in to my phone, but as soon as i go plug into the 20s the eq does not affect the sound. The more i play with this the more disappointed i get. Wish sena had some sort of eq adjustment.
