my 10c stops playing FM radio when I start the camera. 

Live gotten 2 answers from support. 

1 says the 10C can't multitask.   I have to choose, video or music

the other tech say put a paper clip in the small hole on the unit or do a factory reset. He actually said to factory reset first, if that fails push the small button.  

I tried it and thought it worked for a minute at home. I did it while riding, no joy.  

Anyone else?
