bad audio quality

hello, and thanks in advance for your support. I have one model 3S. new product, and working fiine. today was my first ride, everything works ok, except the sound quality is really bad. no bass at all, trebles are no good, but no loudness, and bass is really missing. my phone is ipone 6S with latest updates and releases, no jailbreak. any way to improve the sound quality of the music? sounds really bad, very bad, I can't use it like that !. thanks in advance again, regards,

  I have this same problem with my brand new 10c. I also have an iPhone 6 (nil jailbreak. The sound is terrible. Even classical music (piano and violin) has distortion.
