I can´t hear anything in a phone call.
Recently i changed my cell phone and got a MOTO E4 PLUS. Everything is working great, but when i tried to do a call i couldn´t hear anything. I spoke with mi dealer and he say that i have tho enable some options in bluetooth settings but when i check them on my cell phone everything was enable and still can´t hear anything in a phone call.
I don´t know if i have to update the firmare o what can i do to solve this. By the way my device is a SMH10.
