the speakers sounds just the first day

Hello friends, I bought a brand new SENA SMH5 but just worked the first day when I connected the speakers, now I'm trying to install in my helmet (jet model of AGV) but suddenly the speakers doesn't sounds anymore... no music, no calls, no tones, nothing! what happen? Maybe I damage in the installation? I don't think so.  Any settings that I changed?
