SC10U BluetoothDeviceManager didn´t recognize new Firmware
I got a new SENA SC10U Schuberth for C3 and so on.
Tried to update the Firmware, but Bluetoothdevicemanager always shows
latest Version: 1.0. =-O
Same thing from SCHUBERTHBluetoothDeviceManager >:o
I know there are new and better Versions, they are here:

Newest is ---> C3/C3Pro v1.3.1
how can i get it into the SC10U ?
downloaded newer Firmware and tried to install, but always was told file is corrupted.

After some email pingpong the light at the end of the tunnel is becoming visible.
" The SC10U doesn't have new firmware update available yet since we just release them and that the regular 10U firmware won't work with the SC10U.
The information stated below that the SC10U is equivalent to Sena 10U, is about its features.

After trying for two weeks to update the firmware on my S10U and even having multiple email exchanges with support, I came across this post today indicating that there may not actually be a firmware update for the S10U. Thank Ray for posting. I must admit to being rather frustrated that I've wasted so much time. I also do not understand why the Device Manager doesn't recognize the 10U. Regardless of OS and Device Manager. I've tried Mac OS and Windows 10. Each time I get the dreaded USB device not recognized.

According to the Sena firmware history page for the 10U

there is 7 firmware updates specifically for the Schubert version so someone's telling porkies.
That aside, whether there is an update or not, surely we should be able to connect to the Device Manager.
I've emailed Sena support but not heard anything yet. Not overly impressed with Sena's afer sales customer service!

Interesting. I agree that support from Sena has been lackluster at best. If in fact there are firmware updates, then in my view Sent needs to fix the bug in the Device Manager. Very frustrating. There was a point last week when I nearly boxed it up and sent it back.

The 10U for the Schuberth C3/C3 Pro and the SC10U are two different products.
The firmware updates for these products are specific to those models of headsets so updates for the 10U for Schuberth C3/C3 Pro cannot be installed onto the SC10U and vice versa.
Firmware updates for SC10U need to be installed using the Schuberth Device Manager that has been supplied to Schuberth here: http://oemsena.com/oem-schuberth/. They cannot be installed using the Sena Device Manager that can be downloaded from sena.com.

Its clear that SC10U is another product. Please pay attention. I tried for a while and device manager didnt recognize the device at all. Finally remembered and installed the Manager in W10 as Administrator. finally works but really 1.0 is the last firmware available for SC10U.

Pay attention to what? When the original topic saw posted the sc10u was a sena product. Sena did a poor job of noting that the sc10u for the e1 and c3 was a separate product.

Its a complete joke all of this. I've also spent loads of time trying to get the SC10 to connected to the Sena Device Manager. Sena Support informed me that I should use the Schuberth Device Manager.........fine....it finally worked. Only to find out that there are no firmware updates....only version 1.0 :-(
Why on earth did they not inform me of this !!!!!
I wonder when they are going to get the updates ready for the SC10U. Probably not until I've bought another inter-com system..........but not from Sena.

So, now, the Sena-Schuberth-OEM site is no longer working. I have the same complaints as everyone else: I chose to purchase a Sena SC10U product that integrates with my Schuberth C3Pro, based on my previous experience with earlier Sena products. I expected to get support that includes periodic software updates. But there is no support. I am unlikely to buy future Sena products based on this experience.

Please add Schuberth DeviceManager for download again + inform us about new firmware for SC10U.

- i've downloaded / reinstalled sena device manager, drivers, changed cables, computers, even turnod off drivers signatures -> to no result.
SenaDeviceManager does not see the SC10U, even though windows recognizes it as 10U.
I am creating seperate ticket for the issue. as well.

Hi - My new SC10u also is not recognized by SENA bluetooth device manager but Windows 10 (64bit) sees the device as 10U.
The Sena/Schuberth app is telling me a firmware update is available as I'm running 1.0.
