Prism Tube only records for 1 minute then turn off by it self

Hi

I bought a Prism Tube for my brother last month.

then we use Sandisk 32Gb Extreme microSDHC memory card

First time we use the tube it recorded 40 mintes length video.

then created a new file after that.

I assume until this point the tube still working properly.

 

However, couple days after that, the tube starts decreasing the length of the video. from 40 mintes to 30, 20, 10, 5, 3, 2 and lastly 1 minute.

We have tried to:

- factory reset the tube

- format the micro sd

- installed new firmware (2.0)

- reinstall old firmware (1.1)

however all of them don't improve recording video length.

even getting worse nowadays after the tube record 1 minute video, the tube suddenly turned off by it self, even though the battery indicator indicate that the battery is fully charged.

 

Do you have any suggestion how to fix it?
