Sena 20
Anyone have problems with the Sena 20 as far as the light turns blue showing that it is charging but then when you take it off, the battery life or thing itself will not stay on when connected to the helmet housing? I am the only one of my friends who have had issues and I am probably the most careful of them all... I do not leave it on the charger for a long period of time, I do not drop it. I just am so disappointed to buy a new one???? And it has been I think 2.4 years since I bought it--- so am I completely out of warranty? :(

Alicia. While the 20S is powered on and charging, please perform a Fault Reset by inserting a paperclip inside of the small pin-hole on the back of the unit and push down on the reset button inside for about 1-2 seconds. This will cause the 20S to automatically power off. Check if you are still having the same battery issues afterwards.
In addition, please make sure that the firmware on the 20S is up to date using the Sena Device Manager.
