X-com will not charge
I received Xcom unit last fall. Installed in NeXX XT1 helmet. Unit would not charge, Seller swapped out unit. Used helmet and Bluetooth for an hour on January 1st. Pulled helmet out ten days ago, battery charged right up. I used it for my commute to work, 2.5 hours a day for 5 days, then battery went low and it shut off. Now the unit will not charge, not red or blue light. There is still 3.4 volts on battery which is just enough to turn it on to tell me it is dead....any thoughts?

Found the issue. Inside the data port/ charging port connector there is a small circuit board that holds the USB connector. There are four wires soldered to this board that then run to the Bluetooth unit. Three of the wires are long enough to allow some flex. The fourth wire ( appears to be shield wire) was too short so when connector flexed it pulled off board. Add a piece of wire and soldered back to board....system is working again.
