10C No sound

The 10C worked great for a few days and now I have no sound. No beeps, no voice prompts, no music through bluetooth. Unit does connect via bluetooth. I tried reinstalling the firmware with no luck.

- Checked volume was all the way up

- Turned on voice prompt

- Did a factory reset

- Reinstalled firmware

Please help. On a road trip as we speak!

  I also have a ear bud adapter that I tried and no sound through that either!

  I have the same issue, happened after the update to the latest version.

  Why has there been no response to this?
