Brand new 20S will not pair
A little help please.
My wife and I just switched from the Cards Scala Rider q3's to the Sena 20S. I bought the double pack. Before updating the Firmware, I fully charged both units, then registered the devices through Sena, then did the Firmware update to the current version. After all of this was completed, I paired mine to my phone and then attempted to pair both S20's. The S20's will not pair. I have tried the quick pair (shaking the devices until the green light comes on) and I have tried the normal pairing (holding the toggle button for 6 seconds) neither ways work.
I was able to pair them using the Android App in the "Group" settings, but I had to make a group of just 2 riders and they will now only pair through the app.
I have now reset to factory settings as well as reset both devices using the little hole in the back, they still will not pair using the methods in the manual.
Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

Hi Darren - You didn't make any mention of what you did after either shaking both units to put them into pairing mode or pressing the jog button on both units for the required six seconds. If you had done nothing further then the units will not pair.
Once you have them both in pairing mode you need to tap the jog dial of just one of the units. After a few seconds they will then pair with each other. This is a required step that most folks that are having problems forget to do. Hopefully this helps.
