Problems with SC10U intercom

I bought a second SC10U for my wife´s helmet. After installation I tried intercom pairing, (following instructions) but holding the " - " buttom for 8 seconds sends me to the configuration menu instead of "pairing" (red blinking light) like on my first SC10U. So I tried a firmware update, (I downloaded the latest Sena device manager on both the Mac and PC) but it never recognized the device, I even tried it on my wife PC´s but again it never recognized the device. I did a reset, a hard reset, everything, you name it and still have no being able to pair or update..... It does not matter if I hold the  - or + button on my new SC10U It always takes me to the configuration menu..... very frustrating Please Help!!!

  i have the same Problems. tried with different pc's and cables. using the latest device Manager and the older one.

  During Installation of the device Manager the Connection is ok, when the Installation Programm Looks for.

  i have a 1 month old sc10u for Schuberth and the pc connention never works.

  with my older sc10u for neotec the Connection works in the past and now in 1 of 20 tries.

  Ralf: I was able to solve everything by realizing the Schuberth SC10U has a different device manager that you can download directly from schuberth.com

  Instead of the regular Sena 10U that uses the Sena Device manager.

  There is a topic somewhere here that was super helpful.
