SC1 (Schuberth C4 helmet)
I have an Android (Samsung S8) phone and cannot voice dial. I press the + button for 3 seconds and at the prompt request my phone to call someone from its address book (as I do with my car bluetooth), however the phone does not appear to get the voice request.
Can anyone suggest a fix?

I have the same problem with my Samsung S7 Edge and just submitted a help request. I also can't answer calls hands free.

After 2 weeks, tech support's only answer was to return the SC1 and install the same defective firmware on the new one. I Cc'd Schuberth on all my emails to Sena and now they won't respond to my warranty request for a new SC1. Most expensive helmet in the world with the worst customer service/tech support. Should have bought a Shoei...

Schuberth finally responded and said send it back to the company where I purchased it from so now I'm waiting for them to respond...

1 week & 3 emails later www.championhelmets.com still hasn't responded to Schuberth & Sena's suggestion to exchange SC1s. Looks like I'm stuck with a defective product...

Schuberth's European distributor won't respond to my emails requesting an exchange so I did more research and found out that many Sena products require users to yell any word at the top of their lungs when answering calls hands free. I shouted pretty loudly when testing in my house but that wasn't loud enough so I thought it wasn't working. Tried yelling "FUCK YOU SENA" when I got a call while riding yesterday and it worked several times but I got a lot of strange looks from people around me when riding in town.
