Same here.  No way out, and stuck with a bricked device.  Used USB 3.0 port.  Apparently this is too much for poor device.  Must be 2.0. Not sure if true.

Tried removing the battery completely, waiting a few minutes, then with/without battery, long press (5s+) on reset button.  No change.

All I see is the red charging indicator led.
Will try to call tech support now.

    SOLVED!!!!!!

I just spend about 30 minutes with tech support without success.

And BTW, just to reduce the risk of conflict, he recommended that I disabled Bluetooth in Windows (I use Win10Pro 64bit).

For good luck I used a good old USB 2.0 port instead of 3.0

That didn't make any difference, but I kept this setting.

Finally, the guy hinted me that it may be the latest version of the Sena Device Manager (their application) that is the culprit.

By chance, I had an older SenaBluetoothDeviceManagerForWindows-v2.6-setup_x64.exe at hand, so I uninstalled the 3.7.2 version and re-installed the old one.  TADAM!!!!   It worked.

Hope it does for you too.

For your convenience, I've created a web page so you can download it.
