Schuberth SC2 firmware update v1.1 hangs
The update does not complete. It hangs on 21%. What to do please?
I read I had to switch from USB3 to USB2? I did but now I get a faulre at 21%!
"Failed to update frimware. Cannot get status[7][50]"

Any progress? I have same issue. Update SC2 for fw1.1.2 to fw1.1.4 ends with error message "Failed to update firmware. Cannot get status[7][50]"

Hey Sena/Schuberth this is still an issue. Not that any of YOUR engineers figured out the apparent fix -- using a Windows 10 PC (not Windows 11) for your lousy application. And by the way Windows 11 does not have a compatibility mode for 10. Brilliant. And you can't even face up to the folks that buy your products and respond with real support. Pitiful.

Hello all,
After over a year of trying, I finally got the firmware on my SC2 updated today!
Having been totally out of ideas, I took my helmet (together with a new power/data cable from Sena) to my local computer repair shop. They hooked up the SC2 to their computers and immediately identified the issue preventing the upgrade: a corrupted file in the Bluetooth system. Once that was sorted, the unit took the latest firmware update, no problem! The fix cost me £25
May I suggest that if the firmware upgrade on your SC2 continues to be an issue, take it to your nearest computer shop!

Interesting. A corrupted file on the SC2 device itself, how did they fix that, any details or did they keep it secret? 😉
