Can Sena Pi connect with other Bluetooth headset brands such as TCOM VB?

Ken Kimari not to my knowledge. Different bluetooth intercom protocols between different manufacturers. You can try though but I doubt it will work. Pi is pretty basic unit.

Jim S The PI unit states at the top of the web page "Universal Multi-Sport Bluetooth Intercom". Some manufacturer's work with other brands. There is a standardized Bluetooth "intercom profile" but manufacturer's may deliberately not standardize to force same brand sales.

Ken Kimari Yes its states "universal" but that relates to the universal mounting to various helmets not "universal intercom" which does not show in the Pi features as it does on some other Sena units. It is a bit misleading.

Jim S Following the Pi Universal connection instructions I successfully connected a Sena Pi to a tcom VB headset.

frowning fully I was able to successfully connect a Sena Pi to a Tcom VB headset by following the Pi Universal connection guidelines happy wheels.
