C5 and SC2 mic issue

Hi Sena and dear community

 

I purchased new Schberth C5 and its SC2 communication

 

I am facing a lot of issues with its MIC

 

In some cases it is working, in some cases it doesn't work

 

I need to bang the helmet in order to get it woro

 

PLEASE HELP

  I’m getting the same problem with a new C5/SC2 , even sitting in my house with no road noise etc I have to give the commands a few times before it picks them up. I just updated the firmware so I’ll try it again soon
