Hi, I've recently purchased the SC2 Comms, having set it up, it states the 2 units are already paired, when I switch the SC2 on I get the blue flashing light and a 'hello' , when I switch the  SC2 remote on I get the red light followed by 4 red blinks of light informing me of healthy battery, but I get no audio stating connected or paired, I've tried multiple times and nothing, I know both devices are on but they aren't speaking to each other. Help please
