Voice doesnt go through Sena 10C over call.

I am able to hear the caller on my Sena 10C but the caller cannot hear me. I tried factory reset as well as fault reset but it just doesnt work.

  I got a similar error on my Sena 10C Foodle. There is no solution to fix it yet!
