Another SRL - Cannot Update Firmware, USB not recognized

Seems to be a common problem.  I also could not get it hooked up using wifi.  Everything seems to pair ok but this is frustrating, especially when you not to tech savvy.  Sent in a repair order and will wait to see what they have to say.

  Yep with you on that. Still, mine has never been able to be recognised. Functions with phone etc but will not hook into PC for firmware updates. Puzzling how they can release such average software/hardware interfacing.
