SC2 problems

Good evening, I have some problems with the SC2 intercom, the first is that the association with the RC4 remote control is usually lost and it is necessary to switch the remote control off and on again to redo the association

the second problem is that all the Hey Sena commands are not recognized, i.e. the command "hey sena, check battery", sometimes it works but all the other commands are not recognized

Can anyone give me a hand?

  I also have problems with "Hey Sena". I have two helmets with SC2 intercoms. The first helmet worked with Hey Sena when I first set it up but stopped a week or so later. The second helmet never had Hey Sena working at all.

  I'm having a problem with my SC2 intercom
  The app for setting up the headset pairing othe headsets etc. Has stopped working. The phone is connected but the app will not see the headset.
  When I first had the headset and helmet all worked well but recently failed. The app now comes up as Sena cycling and not Schuberth SC2 the logo is correct but that's all
