Sena 50s - shut down due to low battery, but battery is full

Current FW installed. Fully loaded. Immediately voice „batterylow“. Works then for abt 2, 3 hours. Then again battery low and after another 20 or so minutes shutdown. Battery is then at more than 50%! I have no idea what the reason is. It was not like that on beginning, worked for whole day.

  It is possible that your battery has the phenomenon of battery bottle and virtual battery. My computer is also having this problem when I turn it on to play cuphead online the battery is still full but I just played the first screen my computer crashed.

  Both of my 50s' have junk batteries.  Sena is NO HELP so far and just wants to waste my time making me do obviously useless procedures to their bad product.

  Cardo will be my next purchase.

  Sounds like a battery nearing end of life - but the battery on the 50S (and other models) can be changed to new (and stronger) ones in about 15min, upgrading to a 1200mAh battery for 22€. (did so with 2 devices without issues, 50S and 20S EVO),
