Sena 50R
Hi there, I have the same problem - update not possible. I connect with the Sena WiFi and then the app asks for the same WiFi connection as my I Phone - and then it stops...it searches for minutes and breaks up. Do you have any idea ? wrong sequence ? I am lost. Cheers Thomas

I apologize for the difficulties you're experiencing. Oftentimes, certain devices are not recognized due to a "security" feature in Windows 11 that is not very compatible with specific devices. This security feature essentially blocks new devices that it doesn't recognize.

p.s. even the device manager does not recognise the 50R.....

Hi Thomas, hi Alex,
I have the same issue. After hours of time wasted to try to connect the 50R with my Mac (OS Ventura 13.4.1) via USB cable and wifi-adapter,
I haven't gained any ground.
Via wifi the installation process stops and remains incomplete, the device manager on my Mac does not even recognize and or find any device.
What kind of product is this?

Same issue with my 50S on Mac OS Venture 13.4.1. My headset still functions but I can't get it to update via Mac or PC. I wanted to try and use with my GoPro.

I am having the same problem and it appears after a few people said the same thing, Sena went away a did not respond?
