My Dwo-6 won’t do audio multitasking right
I try to listen to music and be on intercom but all I get is not being able to hear the music and the intercom audio is choppy. I figured out that if I turn off vox and talk with the manual button it fixes the music issue but that’s annoying and the intercom is still choppy.

Hey Ben,
have you updated to the most recent firmware via cycle gear support? they use a different firmware vs the SENA version.
I would also suggest a factory reset and a fault reset after the firmware update to ensure everything is at default before you go in and change the settings for your preference.

Yes it’s updated to the latest and I can try a factory reset. Now does this model actually support audio multitasking though?
