    this issue needs to be looked into further.. especial if you've gone thru all the steps for troubleshooting.

    once the ticket has been created, please let me know the ticket number here and i will get to it asap.

    Hi All.  I have an SRL2 Mesh and lost voice prompts after a firmware upgrade via WiFi.  I just finished updating the firmware from 1.1.1 to 1.2 using the Sena Manager 4.4.4 using a USB cable.  The voice prompts are back.

    I have the same problem. Nothing helped: simple reset of the device, reset to factory settings, firmware reset and update. I turn on the device, it beeps twice for connection to phone and then... good bye. Did you hear/read something from Alex or sena support?

    Same here. no voice command is working most of the time while standing still, let allone while riding. I have downloaded all the updates... 😖😖😖
