bluethoot microcuts
I have srl mesh version 1.3, and samsung note 20 ultra, and I suffer microcuts every few minutes, when I listen to music through Bluetooth, listening to Spotify. It almost seems like the song gets stuck, but it ends up continuing. It's not a big fault, but when you're focused on driving, it can be distracting.
I previously had the srl2 and did not have this problem.
To see if it's my thing, or if there is a solution to this, or so that they take it into account, for possible updates.

You could try fault resetting the device with a paperclip to perform a hardware reset and see if that helps.
I would also suggest adjusting your VOX intercom sensitivity to level 1 using the Sena Motorcycle app or enabling audio multitasking. It's possible that the issue is related to the microphone not detecting input properly.
Alternatively, it's worth noting that Samsung has had issues with Bluetooth connectivity due to bad updates. I have a Note 20 as well, so this could also be a factor to consider. (My experience comes from replacing 2 Galaxy Buds and still getting cutouts.)
If possible, test the headset on a different phone. You can even pair it with your laptop via phone pairing to test the connectivity. If it works as intended on other devices, I suggest looking into the Samsung connectivity issue.
