Error updating Firmware

I have a 30k and I keep getting this error at 20% no mater what version I try "Failed to Update firmware. Cannot get status[7]" I have done a factory reset 4 times tried it on 3 different computers, I am running Windows 10

  Before seeking to upgrade to the Microsoft Windows 11 operating system..., try a different connecting cable. Some cables are "data" cables, and some are only power cable.
