Not able to see my smh10 when I connect to my computer

When I went to set up a firmware upgrade I followed the instutions and when I tried to connect to my computer, Nothing!! I am wondering if my set of smh10 units are even able to upgrade the firmware. Anyone have a solution?

  Figured it out. Was having the same issues.

  Got new cable. still no. 

   

   

  it says to press the phone button.... i pressed the pair button (small and big button ) at same time , finally it read it and updated

  Had the same problem but I did not install the software properly on my win 7 64 bit PC. When it ask to turn on device to install driver I wasn't holding the phone and jog button together and ended up hitting the cancel button because I couldn't figure that out. I delete the software and did a reinstall and when it asked to install driver I push the jog and phone button together at it worked fine

  same here - windows 7 pro, administrator rights, 3 computers cannot see the SMH10 - this is pretty shit guys, Sena, you need to lift your game on this.
