when i first got the unit, set it up updated it, charged it worked great for at least a week. when the weather got crappy I thought Id charge it, did and left it on the helmet but the weather prevented me for using it for a week. first day jumped on the bike started the music (paired to my iPhone) all is good but 10secs in the unit shuts off. turned it on again did the same thing over and over.
I have preformed the factory resets shown in the manual and tried to reinstall the newest firmware and still the same issue.
My question is this a warranty issue, or is there a fix I can perform because it almost sounds like a software conflict ?
