Problems mounting SMH10 on my half helmet
I have a Scorpion EXO-100 half helmet that I'm having problems keeping my SMH10 mounted to. I have tried both the clamp on mount and the glued surface mounting adapter. However, because of the way the helmet is designed the clamp on mount doesn't get a really good grip on the helmet and it ends falling off even though I tightened down the mounting bolts as tight as I could. And the glue on adapter mount works for a while, but eventually it justs falls off the helmet and I'm afraid I will lose the SMH10 while going down the road if I continue to use the glue on adapter.Any suggestions??

Check with an automotive paint store that sells 3M double sided tape for attaching body mouldings and emblems. There are many types but the one I found works extremely well is 3M VHB foam core tape. Super strong. Holds the mounting plate for my GoPro type camera on my motorcycle and it's never shown signs of coming off. If it holds that it certainly will hold a SMH10. Surface prep is important, clean surface where attaching with isopropl alcohol. Once it's on it's on so make sure your placement is good - there is no repositioning once it sticks.
