Having problem with lots of static in intercom set. What to do?
We have a set of intercoms, Sena Bluetooth SMH-10, SMH10B110610063 & 4. Started having a lot of static in both sets. My husband can hear me, but I can not hear him now. Had trouble also of connecting back and forth to one another. Called our dealership we bought the sets from. Purchased on 10-24-11. What do we need to do to get them fixed or replaced?

I started getting a feedback static delayed echo (whatever I spoke into the mic was distorted, delayed, and echoed back through my speakers. I could hear the other units I was paired up to perfectly. The problem only was an issue when I spoke. I became so frustrated with it that I tore the unit from my helmet and thew it to the road while riding. I am fed up with Sena. I bought 2 units. One unit's battery failed at 3 years. Then the second unit developed this problem. I wont be buying any more Sena products. The support is brutal and lacking. I hope you have better luck. (and if you do throw the unit to the road while driving.... it feels pretty good, and afterwards you will still be alright with the decision)
