Help with installation of the device manager for my SMH10 on my Macbook

I have downloaded the device manager for Mac and cannot seem to install it. It gets to the Destination Select step (2nd step), at which point i do not have any options to select the installation location.  I am running Mac OS X version 10.5.8, and using a MacBook Pro, is this OK?

  I have the exact same operating system on my macbook and same troubles. I am surprised at how long ago you posted this and no one in tech support has answered your question. Please let me know if you have found a way.

  I'm afraid i haven't had an luck with it, although i haven't tried to hard.  If i come across a solution i will let you know.
