Barry, if you have squeezed together the main unit of the 20S and the clamp kit firmly but did not hear a click sound to confirm that the main unit is securely attached then please contact our Technical Support department for warranty service. The information for contacting Technical Support can be found at the top here: http://support.senabluetooth.com/home

Recently installed my Sena 20s onto the helmet. It clicks in but doesn't relay anything from the FM or the iphone. It does so, if if press the unit down onto the fixture on the helmet. It appears there is some sort of a lose contact. DO you have any suggestions? Am I missing something?

I purchased a pair from Revzilla in February -- those units have this problem. Neither radio will fit into one of the helmet brackets, and don't like being fit into the other one. Trying to latch one radio caused the outer case to separate from the radio base, and that radio failed during a ride Saturday.

Now that the weather has cleared, this is a serious bummer.

Well I went to work about a month ago and the unit that clicks in on my girlfriend's helment fell off and I have been given the run around by sena. Not happy with them not owning up to a design flaw and not replacing the unit. Still waiting on them to talk to someone in upper management.... If this can't be replaced by them, I will never purchase another product from them ever again.
