In USA the first 20S recognized and firmware updated (Apple Yosemite iMac).

Second unit also USB Device not recognized.

    No response yet from Sena.

Perhaps the registration process for dual package 20S ask you to enter the two serial numbers with a common between them. Perhaps some issue with spaces .....

Apple iMac running Yosemite O/S. Registered the 20S dual pack units on your site. Downloaded the sena firmware software update app. First 20S firmware update was fast and easy using your app. However the second 20S will not recognize for update. Tired basic trouble shooting and reset / reboot. First 20S still is recognized .... Seny Diagnostic Log through email. Left a voice mail with my issue and contact information.

I also registered a dual pack.  I did not get any prompt from the registration page about the second unit, so went back in and registered it as a separate device.

I have the same issue, except to note that the first unit would not get recognized or update with a Bluetooth 3.0 port until it was plugged unto a USB 2.0 port.
This is kind of odd, considering the claims that the 20S is supposed to run on USB 4.0.

    Running Windows 8.1

After plugging the 20S into the 2.0 port, the first unit updated fine.
The second unit in the same USB 2.0 port threw the USB device not recognized error.  Would not work in  the 3.0 port either.

It would be nice if they get back to the customers.

I ended up sending the second unit back. They sent a new one with the latest firmware pre-installed.  It now connects to the computer.

Just purchased dual pack (7 Feb 15), run windows 8, made the mistake of turning the first unit on and got "USB device not recognised." (Lesson - read instructions properly!!!) Turned off and retried, no problem.  Did the second unit by downloading the upgrade again and replacing the original file with same.  Download successful.  All good

Follow up to my post on 2/8/15.

Although it took some time to get a response back from customer support, they did get back to me and did their best to assist, but I wound up sending the one unit back.  The turn around time was very short for the replacement unit.  Hooked it up to the computer and it was recognized immediately.

May have just gotten off to a rocky start.  So far everything seems to be working.  Thanks to Hai Tran and Cameron for the help.

I have the same problem, it was a dual pack from "Amazon" and one worked and the other would not connect to the same computer. I had send Debug logs and have the ticket 61872 of the problem, but they have not answer my mail yet. If they could only say "Hey, send us the 20s and we will send you a replacement" or "download this drive and it will work"--- something, but nothing yet. It been 2 days now... still waiting

My update attempts from 1.3 to 1.4 keep giving me a failed notice on my mac. It seems to recognize the device, but fails to load the upgrade.
Do i really need 1.4? What is gained really? I mostly just want music, phone, and inbreeding. .....make that intercom! Auto correct has a great sense of humor, sometimes you just have to let it shine!
I bought a dual set - do both need upgrading or, since they are linked do i only need to upgrade 1. Both my units are serial #,s 15###, from what I've read they should be newer.

Purcashed a single unit on 2/1/15. I've been attempting to update the device since & not only have they not been able to get my device updated with the correct s/w, Sena can't even get me the correct D/L for my 20S. Can you find the download for the 20S ANYWHERE on their website? $5 to the guy who finds it and points it out to me. POS, it's going back...

Frankly I think this should just work after you installed the software and driver. This is BS having to struggle to get anything recognized.

Just purchased a single unit Sena 20S in January 2016.  S/N 1505xxxxx.   Registration went fine.  When I attempted to download device manager, on Windows, it did not recognize USB device.  Kept trying...for about two hours.  Finally, I pulled the USB and inserted it on the port on the other side of the computer.  After a few tries, it finally went through.  Absolutely no idea why.  The first port (that didn't work) is marked: eSATA;  The second port (that worked) has no markings...but seems smaller.  As you can see, am not a techie.   Just thought you might try it if you're still seething.
