In regards to Bluetooth, the SMH10 can only utilize 1 A2DP profile which is for listening to stereo audio. The SM10 only supports the A2DP profile so the SM10 doesn't support the Bluetooth profile for voice audio from a microphone which is HFP. Bluetooth dongles most likely only uses the A2DP profile so you would only be able to use that adapter with the SMH10 and not be able to listen to music over Bluetooth. The best setup for you would be to have it so that you can plug the GPS into one of the ports on the SM10 using a 3.5mm and have the device you plan on using for music such as a phone plugged into the 2nd port of the SM10. This way you can listen to both the GPS and your music over Bluetooth. However, you won't be able to activate the GPS using the voice commands through the microphone of the SMH10.

Nuvi's bluetooth connections only connect to your phone for handsfree operation not to a device such as a Sena headset (or any other headset for that matter)  You have to go with a Zumo that is specifically designed for motorcycle use.  The alternative is what Sena described above using a SM10 as a bridge.  Requires you to hack into the nuvi to get audio out as it does not have an audio jack
