Intercom failed message continually every 5-10mins and other intercom issues

    clearly Sena don't care about customer support... no response after 2 months.. like there products maybe??? looks good on the outside but scratch the surface and there are big cracks....

    Since you're receiving the "intercom failed" error message then means that the VOX Intercom feature is enabled and that the wind is activating the intercom. As there is no other headsets to connect to then it is giving you an error message. Do a Factory Reset to set the VOX Intercom feature back to factory default setting which is disabled. Afterwards, pair the 10C back to the devices it was paired to previously.

    Tap once on the Phone Button to access Siri while in Standby mode. Tapping the Phone Button once should trigger it immediately.

    This happens to my device too, even when there is no intercom active, every 5 mins i get a message that intercom failed. while intercom is active the link between my Sena 50c and 5S keeps dropping every 3 minutes or less
