Music Sharing with intercom friend

I've got the EXPAND model two of them. I did the firmware upgrades and still can't get the passenger side EXPAND to connect to the music. Driver side I've got music phone gps and intercom! The passenger side has only intercom. For the life of me I can not get the media to come over the intercom for the passenger side EXPAND headset! I've called the tech line and have been disconnected twice, emailed and no response, please get me some guidness!

  @Willem: Here is how to use the Music Sharing feature on the Expand.

  1. On the driver's Expand, start playing music through the headset on the audio device (smartphone, etc.).

  2. On the driver's Expand, tap the Center Button once to connect to the passenger's Expand for an intercom conversation. The music playback will pause.

  3. While in intercom mode with the passenger, hold down the Center Button for one second until you hear two beeps. The music will resume and be heard through both headsets.
