How can i access all the features on the 10r without the remote

I like  to use my 10r without the remote and access all the features.    such FM radio.    Can I access the FM radio feature without using the remote?

  You can operate the 10R without the included Handlebar Remote. Please refer to the User's Guide. The User's Guide for the 10R can be found here: http://www.sena.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/UsersGuide_10R_v1.0_en_1508051.pdf.
