I have not been able to source the 10U Quick Reference Guide that includes the Firmware updates shown in the manual. I downloaded several 10U_GT-Air.img firmware files however I could not view them (Mac pc perhaps but I could view the 1998-2016 pdf manual. Is there one available? I find the one on the phone too small to use as a reference.  I've attached the files i can't view.

Also is there a section on how to use the voice prompts for other functions than intercom & phone HELLO, example 'next track', change station, end call, speed dial 1, seek station etc. If everything I am looking for is hidden in the unviewable files I downloaded from the support documents page, can they be sent in a viewable printable file/s to me?
