Hello, I paired my 3S with my Samsung Galaxy S6. I can listen to Music and GPS commands. But when I get  an incoming call, I have to push the + button. It is not possible to pick up with a voice command.

VOX is switched on, Software updated. I tried everything, reset and so on.
