I have used my 10c for the third time now. Every time I try to open my video files on my computer I keep getting and error that the video format is not recognized. I know it s MOV file so even running it on video conversions and youtube which accepts .mov files. I still get the same error. Now if I record short videos like around 2 minutes I dont run into that issue when doing a play back. Also during recording I can only snap 1 picture and if I try to snap another one the previous picture is over written. So far not happy with this product, shouldve stuck with my gopro.

Sena @Dcviado: Make sure that the firmware on the 10C is up to date (v1.0.4) then perform a Factory Reset and a Fault Reset. If you are still having this problem then contact our Technical Support department for assistance regarding your issue. http://support.sena.com/home

Dcviado @Omar, you will need to use a different memory card. That's the only way it worked for me.

D. Brumby Same issue, many different SD cards and two difference Sena 10C. Absolutely ridiculous. It's a corruption of the headers on the MOV files, which need to be used because for some stupid reason the 10c records audio in PCM and not AAC format.
