    @Dcviado: Make sure that the firmware on the 10C is up to date (v1.0.4) then perform a Factory Reset and a Fault Reset. If you are still having this problem then contact our Technical Support department for assistance regarding your issue. http://support.sena.com/home

    @Omar, you will need to use a different memory card. That's the only way it worked for me.

    Same issue, many different SD cards and two difference Sena 10C. Absolutely ridiculous. It's a corruption of the headers on the MOV files, which need to be used because for some stupid reason the 10c records audio in PCM and not AAC format.
